Microsoft Viva: Glint and Pulse results will be integrated into the Microsoft Copilot Dashboard

Microsoft Viva, a comprehensive employee experience platform, is introducing a new feature that integrates Glint and Pulse survey results into the Copilot Dashboard. This feature allows for insights into employee sentiment and enables direct survey initiation. To utilize this feature, specific subscriptions are required, and it will roll out in September 2024, with existing controls remaining in effect. The Copilot Dashboard is a tool within Microsoft Viva Insights that allows employees to access key productivity insights, and by integrating Glint and Pulse survey results, users can view results from impact surveys by attributes and filter data to compare Copilot impact. This feature will only display results that meet the minimum privacy threshold set by Viva admins and show survey results that use the Microsoft Copilot impact template.

To access this new feature, users must have the subscription plans for Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, Viva suite, Viva Glint, or Viva Pulse. When this feature is rolled out in September 2024, users enabled to view the Copilot Dashboard will see the updates, including a Start Pulse survey button and available survey results from the Pulse Copilot impact survey template and the Glint Copilot impact survey template (if Glint admin selects the program to be sent to Viva Insights). The new feature will be on by default.

This integration between Glint and Pulse survey results and the Copilot Dashboard grants organizations greater visibility into employee sentiment, ultimately helping management unlock insights and optimize employee experience.
