Microsoft Viva: Copilot for leaders in Viva Insights
Microsoft Viva is set to bring leaders a new tool in Viva Insights, Copilot. With this new feature, leaders are empowered to ask questions about their organization and their team's performance, with responses derived from Viva Insights behavioral metrics and organizational context data. The feature is currently in preview release phase and will be available for iOS platform users in standard multi-tenant cloud instance environments worldwide. The release date for the feature is slated for June CY2025 with the preview release date being in March CY2025.
This new offering is part of Microsoft's ongoing effort to equip leaders with the tools they need to stay informed and effectively manage their teams, giving them access to the insights they need in a timely and accessible manner.
