Microsoft Viva: Focus mode in Viva Insights
Microsoft Teams users who subscribe to Viva Insights will soon have access to an enhanced focus mode experience. This includes a focus plan option that allows users to set a timer for short bursts of productivity interspersed with breaks. Additionally, users can manage their task lists and practice mindfulness exercises during their breaks. This feature is set to release in November 2022 for desktop and cloud platforms globally.
To access the enhanced focus mode experience, users will need to subscribe to Viva Insights. With this feature, users will be able to better manage their workday and balance periods of focused productivity with necessary breaks. This can ultimately lead to increased productivity and overall wellness in the workplace.
