Microsoft Bookings – Old web version will be retired on 01/31/2023

Microsoft Bookings, a part of the Microsoft 365 suite of products, will retire its old web version on January 31, 2023. The new version of Bookings, which was launched last year, is the default experience for all new users and features many new updates and bug fixes. Although users currently have an option to switch back to the old version, after January 31, 2023, all users will be migrated to the new version, which will not impact any existing calendars or data. Organizations are recommended to ask their users to familiarize themselves with the new version ahead of the retirement date and to consider any necessary staff training. If an organization does not have users who use the old version, there will be no impact or loss of data.
