Microsoft Syntex has released a new feature that enables creators and recipients to view, track, and sign electronic signatures in the Approvals app within Teams. This enhancement streamlines the process of tracking eSignature requests and improves collaboration and productivity. Users will receive notifications about new and ongoing requests, and they can initiate signing within their Teams workflow. This feature is expected to be generally available from May CY2024, and it will be available on both desktop and cloud instances for worldwide standard multi-tenant platforms. For more details, refer to the Microsoft roadmap.
