Microsoft Teams: Approvals as a PDFs can be saved, printed and transferred

Microsoft Teams is rolling out a new feature that allows approval creators to save completed approval requests as PDF files and print them. This development will make it easier for customers to transfer proof of approval from one system to another or store it as a file. This new PDF export feature is set to be generally available on Microsoft Teams for Mac and Cloud instances by October CY2022.
This feature is highly anticipated and is part of Microsoft's ongoing efforts to enhance user experience and streamline workflows in Teams. By enabling approvals to be saved and printed as PDFs, Teams users can now seamlessly integrate with other systems and share proof of approval in a standardized format, allowing for smoother collaboration and better record keeping.
If you're interested in this feature, keep an eye on the Microsoft Teams roadmap ID 99190, linked in the post below.
