Microsoft SharePoint eSignature: Creators and recipients can view, track, and sign requests in Approvals app in Teams
Microsoft is rolling out a new feature that allows users to track eSignature requests from SharePoint eSignature in the Approvals app in Microsoft Teams. This feature is visible to all customers, but currently only usable in the US. Teams Approval app users will be able to see SharePoint eSignature as an eSignature provider in the Teams Approvals app. The rollout is expected to begin in mid-May 2024 and conclude by mid-June 2024. Admins will need to enable SharePoint eSignature in the Microsoft admin center to use this feature.
This new update is set to streamline the signing process by allowing creators and recipients to view, track, and sign requests directly within the Teams app, making it easier to manage the flow of work and complete tasks efficiently. This development will make it easier for users to manage their workflows in a more organized manner, thus improving resource utilization and work productivity.
