Introducing OneDrive Home, the New Landing Experience

OneDrive is rolling out a new landing experience for its commercial web users. This update aims to provide quicker, easier access to recently used files along with relevant file activity. The new design, called OneDrive Home, allows users to prioritize tasks by offering better visibility into relevant files and their usage history. Users can filter files by type and find files they're looking for quickly. The OneDrive Home experience will be released in stages, starting in late January and completed by late February. Although the new design might require some updated training and documentation, it aims to simplify navigation and improve productivity.

For OneDrive users on the web, this new design will replace the previous landing experience, but users can still access files in folders by going to "My Files" in the left nav. Overall, the OneDrive Home update should streamline the process of navigating OneDrive and finding frequently used files by automatically sorting them by last access time and providing an activity view for all files.
