Yammer Rebranding to Viva Engage Domain Migration Update
Yammer's transition to Viva Engage includes a rebranding and domains migration. The web domain will switch from https://web.yammer.com to engage.cloud.microsoft, while email notifications will change from https://web.yammer.com to engage.mail.microsoft in a phased manner. The update will roll out in early January 2024 and is anticipated to be complete by early February 2024 for the web domain, and by the end of 2024 for the email domain. Though users will be redirected, administrators should be prepared for potential bookmark and linkage profile issues. Additionally, hard-coded instances of the old domain may not function, so admins are encouraged to verify their configurations for desktop and mobile browsers.
