Queues app historical reporting will support 45 days of data
The Queues app will support viewing up to 45 days of historical data for call queues, auto attendants, and agents starting early March 2026. The default 7-day range and report access remain unchanged. No action is required, but users can be informed of the expanded reporting range. To support broader reporting needs and customer feedback, the Queues app will soon allow users to view up to 45 days of historical data for call queues, auto attendants, and agents. This update expands reporting options without changing how users access or create reports. This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 547825. When this will happen General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in early March 2026 and expect to complete by mid-March 2026. How this affects your organization Who is affected: Users with access to historical reports in the Queues app. What will happen: Users can view up to 45 days of historical data.
