Channel meeting invitation | Allow organizer to send a channel meeting invite to everyone in team
Microsoft 365 is rolling out a new feature that enhances channel meeting invitations. Channel meeting organizers can now toggle a button on the scheduling form, which will enable them to share invites on the personal calendars of all channel members. The feature aims to ensure that team members can better stay on top of meeting schedules, thus reducing missed or forgotten meetings. The change will be implemented in early August for standard release, with completion expected by mid-August. There is no action required from users to prepare for this change, but notifying team members and updating relevant documentation may be helpful.
