Microsoft Teams: Text Resizing for Teams Rooms on Windows
Microsoft Teams has introduced a new feature that allows IT administrators to adjust the text size on front-of-room displays for greater accessibility options. This can be done by adjusting the display scaling percentage using Windows display scaling settings or XML settings. Keep in mind that changing the scaling percentage affects the size of other UI elements as well.
This feature is available on Microsoft Teams cloud instance platforms such as GCC, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC High, and DoD. IT admins can make use of this feature to provide a more customized and accessible experience during meetings and presentations.
To utilize this feature and adjust text size on front-of-room displays, head on to Windows display scaling settings or follow the XML settings instructions. With this update, Microsoft Teams continues to prioritize accessibility for its users.
