Microsoft Defender for Office 365 has introduced a new feature that enables admins to remove allows after 45 days if they haven't been used. This ensures effective filtering as the system continues to learn from data and provides greater security for users. The product was released in January CY2024 and is available on web cloud platforms such as GCC High, GCC, and Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) as well as DoD. More information on this feature is available in the Microsoft 365 roadmap, ID 372670.
