Use plugin actions in Power Virtual Agents (preview)
Microsoft introduced an array of updates for the Power Platform Conference which took place in Vegas on October 2020, and one of them is the ability to use plugin actions in Power Virtual Agents (preview version). This enhancement allows for more power and control over the bots enabling the upload of one or multiple documents to be used in generative answers in Power Virtual agents.
By embracing this new feature, users are enabled to interact extensively with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement by authorizing Power Virtual Agents to push or pull data with an ease. This empowering update helps improve query handling and makes the bots more efficient.
