Microsoft Bookings – Mobile Apps will not be available on Google Playstore and Apple App Store from 01/31/2023

Microsoft Bookings is a valuable component of the Microsoft 365 suite of products, providing an easy way to schedule appointments with customers. However, from January 31, 2023, the Bookings Mobile Apps will no longer be available on Google Playstore and Apple App Store. The app removal date was initially communicated as November 30, 2022, but was later extended by two months.
Existing users who already have the app installed on their mobile devices will be able to keep using it post January 31, but won't be able to receive any support or updates. New users who are searching for the Bookings App won't be able to find or install the app on the App Store from January 31, 2023. For those users who want to access Bookings on their mobile devices after that date, it is recommended that they use their mobile browser to browse to the Bookings web page (https://book.ms) instead of the app.
If your organization does not have any users who use the Mobile Apps, then there won't be any impact or loss of data. However, if there are users who use the app, it is advised to communicate this change to them beforehand to avoid any inconvenience.
