Feedback policies are being updated

Microsoft is updating their feedback policies to make the feedback they collect more actionable. User feedback will continue to go directly to Microsoft engineers and help shape the development of Microsoft products and services. The goal is to improve the quality of AI-generated responses and troubleshoot product issues. The feedback collected from users will be available for review in the Microsoft 365 admin center. The update of the feedback policies will occur on starting July 21, 2023. Several feedback policies will be changed to default "On," including the ability for users to include screenshots and attachments, allow Microsoft to follow up on feedback, and the inclusion of log files and other relevant content samples. If you would like to modify the behavior of any of these policies, they can be configured at https://config.office.com after logging in. The new defaults within the applications will be rolled out in a staggered fashion.
This update to the feedback policies aims to provide more granular control over how feedback is collected from users and allow organizations to review what their users are saying about the products they are using. The new policies also give users the flexibility to opt-out of feedback collection.
Overall, these changes make it easier for users to submit feedback and for organizations to use that feedback to improve the products and services they offer.
