Word: Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365) – Start a new document using up to three files

If you're looking to create a new Word document using up to three existing files, Microsoft Copilot has got you covered. With this feature, you can select up to three Word or PowerPoint files to serve as references for your new document. To access Copilot's functionality, select "Draft with Copilot" and choose the files you want to use. Alternatively, in "Compose," type "/" and the name of the file you'd like to use.

It's important to note that you can only use files you have permission to access within your organization's SharePoint or OneDrive. This feature is available on the iOS platform and is globally available in the Standard Multi-Tenant cloud instance. So whether you're a power user or a novice, this feature is sure to increase your efficiency and streamline your workflow.
