Microsoft Teams: Schedule messages in channels
The latest feature in Microsoft Teams allows you to schedule send messages in channels, just like in chat. This enables you to optimize the timing of your messages based on the recipient's work hours, out-of-office time, and other factors, ensuring your messages are delivered at the most suitable time. This feature is now generally available on both the desktop version and cloud instance of Microsoft Teams. The release date of this feature was in January CY2025, with the roadmap ID 467447. By utilizing this new update, you can ensure that your messages reach the right people at the right time.
