Safely bring AI chat to all using Microsoft Copilot with commercial data protection, plus new video
Introducing employees to AI tools in the workplace may seem daunting especially when data security is a concern. A significant proportion of knowledge workers already use AI at work, and to restrict these AI services to improve security may cause your organization to fall behind. To address these concerns without compromising data security and privacy, Microsoft Copilot, which comes with commercial data protection, allows you to protect sensitive business data while providing the AI tools the employees need. This AI toolset, which includes features like answering complex questions, content summarization, and custom image creation, can save time and promote creativity at work. All eligible users with a work or school account can sign in and use Copilot, while administrators can use the Copilot adoption kit to train and make use of the AI toolset.
To help provide more clarity on Copilot's usage, Microsoft has included a new explainer video that explains how users can use Copilot to become more creative and productive at work. Copilot is easily adoptable and is available at no extra cost for eligible users with a Microsoft 365 or Office 365 subscription. Additionally, using Copilot with Microsoft Edge provides added security capabilities including native support for Data Loss Prevention policies.
The 2024 Work Trend Index Annual Report indicates that 75% of knowledge workers use AI at work, 90% of whom report that AI helps them save time, and 84% report that it enhances their creativity. The report shows that users typically employ AI tools to complete tasks like answering complex questions, summarizing content, and creating custom images for presentations.
Give employees the AI tools they need in the workplace today while protecting sensitive data with Microsoft Copilot with commercial data protection.
