Microsoft Teams: Town hall concurrent attendee increase to 50,000
Microsoft Teams has expanded its concurrent attendee limit for town hall instances from 20,000 to 50,000 for organizers with a Teams Premium license. This new increase will allow organizers to communicate with much larger audiences in a single event without compromising on quality and stability. However, interactive features will be disabled for events with more than 20,000 concurrent attendees. To handle audiences up to 50,000 attendees, organizations can get assistance from the Microsoft 365 Live Event Assistance Program (LEAP). This feature is only available for organizers with an active Teams Premium license.
