Remove Activity Feed Item in New Teams
In its latest update, Microsoft has introduced a new feature that allows users to delete or remove items from the activity feed in Teams. This highly anticipated feature offers Teams users greater flexibility in managing their activity feed. Once the feature is rolled out, users can easily remove an item by accessing the ellipsis menu on the activity feed. Upon removal, a toast notification notifies the user.
The feature will be rolled out in two phases: Targeted Release and Standard Release, with the former starting in mid-December 2023 and the latter commencing in early February 2024. Microsoft has also confirmed that there are no tenant-level settings, and no default settings will be changed.
