New Insights Added to ‘Meetings’ People Experience Category in Adoption Score

Microsoft is releasing new Meeting insights as part of the Adoption Score people experiences category to enhance the meeting experience from set-up to post-meeting follow-up. This feature will be available in mid-November, and Global admins must approve both Adoption Score and the people experiences category to see meeting insights. The scoring framework for meetings in Adoption score will be updated from a single primary insight to an aggregate score across the meeting experience, so organizations should expect their meeting score to change. Customers are advised to update relevant training documentation ahead of the rollout.
