Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Introducing Adoption Score

Microsoft has announced the introduction of Adoption Score, a new set of metrics and tools for Microsoft 365 admins to improve user experiences and maximize investments in Microsoft 365. The new Adoption Score will replace the former Productivity Score, which can be found under ‘Reports’ in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. The roll-out will begin in late August and is expected to be completed by mid-September. Admins can use Adoption Score to track adoption and usage of specific applications, identify areas where training and support are needed, and drive user engagement.
