Microsoft 365 Admin Center: New Adoption Score People Experience Capabilities in public preview –Group-Level Aggregates

The Microsoft 365 Admin Center now includes new adoption score people experience capabilities in public preview, which includes group-level aggregates for communication, mobility, collaboration, and meetings experiences. Additionally, organizational messages are being added to selected Adoption Score people experiences. These new capabilities improve transparency on which areas of an organization are adopting recommended practices with Microsoft 365 and enable IT admins and adoption specialists to filter by five Azure Active Directory attributes. Organizational messages are offered as targeted, templatized in-product notifications in Adoption Score insights for Microsoft 365 recommended practices. These enhancements give IT admins a clear picture of adoption trends while maintaining user-level privacy. The rollout is expected to begin in late November for targeted release and in January for standard release.
