Simplifying Meeting Join Experiences on Teams Mobile
Microsoft Teams Mobile is getting an updated meeting join experience that simplifies the process for users. The new design streamlines the number of steps it takes to join meetings, especially for external users. Users who join without signing in now have the ability to preview and adjust video and audio settings before joining the meeting. The new design also simplifies the process for users with multiple accounts by improving account switching.
This update is part of Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 146741 and is expected to roll out from mid-October to mid-November, bringing improved and refreshed joining experiences to Teams Mobile users. This user-experience update requires no action from organizations to prepare.
