Microsoft Teams: File Interactive Previews
Microsoft Teams is introducing file interactive previews in chats and channels, starting with PDFs and extending to other formats. The rollout of this feature will begin in January 2025, with various user groups receiving different stages, and no admin action is needed. This feature enables users to review files within their workflow, improving efficiency by consuming the file within the flow of work. The preview option for files in messages with multiple files will be supported in subsequent releases. This feature will be available by default, and no admin action is required. The rollout will happen automatically. Users can quickly review files in Microsoft Teams chat and channel conversations using the file preview option. This new feature is available by default.
