Data Loss Prevention for endpoints – support for two new predicates

Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP) is rolling out a new feature to support two new conditions that you can use in your policies for endpoint devices. These two new predicates are "Document Property is," which detects documents with custom properties matching the specified values, and "Document Name contains words or phrases," which detects documents where the file name contains any of the words or phrases you specify. By leveraging these conditions across applicable workloads, you can enhance your protection and extend your DLP policies and rules to endpoint devices. The rollout is expected to begin in early December and complete by early December 2023. To prepare, users can get started with Data Loss Prevention in the Microsoft Purview compliance portal.
