Microsoft 365 Defender: Secure Score for Government Clouds

Microsoft 365 Defender: Secure Score for Government Clouds

Microsoft 365 Defender is expanding its Secure Score feature to include assessments for GCC-H, GCC-M, and DoD customers. This feature will allow users to assess their security posture with respect to several Microsoft products, including Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Identify, Cloud Apps, and third-party applications. The Secure Score feature will enable users to evaluate their security progress effectively, and it will become generally available for release on April CY2023. Accessible via web, the cloud-based platform will provide insight into users' security stance in relation to the product. This development intends to enhance the security of government cloud customers by creating a centralized security monitoring mechanism, leading to more secure systems.
