Microsoft Defender for Office 365: DMARC aggregate reports for enterprise

Microsoft Defender for Office 365: DMARC aggregate reports for enterprise

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 has introduced an update that allows the owner of a domain to access reports on how their emails were received by receivers, as part of the DMARC standard. These reports will enable domain owners to adjust authentication configurations for their senders to develop a workable DMARC policy. This feature is set to be generally available from March of CY2023, and will be available across Cloud Instance DoD, Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant), GCC, and GCC High Platforms. This development was created on December 14, 2022, and its roadmap can be accessed using the ID 109535.

This update is set to offer domain owners greater control over their email domains, which will enhance email authentication, and ultimately reduce email spoofing and phishing as a means of cyberattacks.
