Microsoft Outlook: Automatically display automapped calendars

Microsoft Outlook: Automatically display automapped calendars

Microsoft Outlook is set to introduce a new feature, which will allow automapped calendars to be automatically displayed when switching from classic to new Outlook for Windows. The rollout will begin in late November 2024 and is expected to complete by early January 2025.

Previously, users were not able to see their automapped calendars when toggling from classic Outlook to new Outlook. However, with the new feature, users can access automapped calendars by going to Microsoft Outlook, selecting the Calendar icon on the left of the screen, then My Calendars, and finally the Automapped Calendar. The feature is on by default and no admin action is required for the rollout.

If you are a user, you should be informed of this change. If you are an admin, you may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation. For more information, visit the Microsoft Support page or Microsoft Learn page.
