Accelerate Innovation with Azure Migrate and Modernize and Azure Innovate
In July this year, we announced the launch of Azure Migrate and Modernize, and Azure Innovate, our flagship offerings to help accelerate your move to the cloud. Azure Migrate and Modernize helps you migrate and modernize your existing applications, data and infrastructure to Azure, while Azure Innovate helps you with your advanced innovation needs such as infusing AI into your apps and experiences, advanced analytics, and building custom cloud native applications.
Since launch, more than 5,500 customers have accessed Azure Migrate and Modernize and Azure Innovate for projects ranging from migrations to innovating with AI.
“Our experience with Azure Innovate has been truly transformative. It has turned what could have been a complex and time-consuming process into a seamless and efficient journey. The exceptional support we received allowed us to quickly tap into the expertise of Microsoft and its partners, who collaborated closely with us during our proof-of-concept projects. Azure Innovate has truly been a game-changer for us.” Gareth Tolenton, Product Innovation Director. Total Mobile.
“Transitioning from our old provider to Azure using Azure Migrate and Modernize was a game changer for our data analytics and business intelligence capabilities. The positive impact on overall productivity and client satisfaction was clear and immediate due to the seamless migration experience and gains in speed and efficiency.” Rachel Collins, Chief Executive Officer, W Energy Software
Updates and new announcements
Our goal is to keep expanding the value these offerings provide to you- In July we announced a net new 100-million-dollar investment in Azure Innovate and tripling our investment in Azure Migrate and Modernize.
In October, we expanded Azure Innovate coverage with support for accelerating developer productivity with GitHub for copilot, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, as well as integration services like Azure Logic apps and Azure API management. Qualified ISV partners now have a path to self-nominate for Azure Innovate enabling them to build new or modernize existing solutions with AI with expert help and resources.
Today, we are announcing a new delivery model allowing you to combine Microsoft expert help with the guidance you already receive from our specialized partners. Microsoft experts can deliver rapid rehost migrations at zero cost to you to accelerate your project while Microsoft still subsidizes funding for Azure Specialized partners to help you through more complex engagements. To get access to these benefits, work with your Microsoft account team or specialized partner.
Also launching today, is a brand-new Resource kit with curated step-by-step guidance for you to plan and execute your move to the cloud across common migration, and innovation scenarios.
Both offerings have resources for all stages of your journey. Whether you’re moving your first Virtual Machine or building an AI powered application, Azure Migrate and Modernize and Azure Innovate provide comprehensive resources, direct access to experts from Microsoft or our specialized partner ecosystem, and unique offers to offset your project costs.
Download our resource kit to access curated guidance for your common migration and innovation scenarios to get started. Hear more about how these offerings can help you from start to finish at my On-demand session at Microsoft Ignite.
