Microsoft Stream: New Stream app in Teams chat/channel’s tab
Microsoft is updating the Stream app available in the Teams chat/channels ‘+’ icon to include the new Stream experience, which allows users to watch and pin videos or playlists from the new Stream, built on top of SharePoint. This new integration will add more functionality and convenience for Teams users, as they can now easily access videos and playlists in one place without having to switch between apps. This update is set to be generally available in May 2024 and will be accessible on the web and cloud platform. The Microsoft Lists release phase includes General Availability and is available on multiple platforms such as DoD, GCC, Worldwide and GCC High.
