Viva Connections: Manage your organization’s brand in the new Brand center

Microsoft has unveiled a new SharePoint Brand center which allows for centralized management of organizational branding across sites and pages, creating brand consistency. The brand asset management centralization rollout began in April 2024, with general availability expected by mid-October 2024. The SharePoint brand center enables brand managers or designated users to empower site owners to create and manage brand assets needed to customize SharePoint and Viva Connections, creating a centralized branding management application. The global administrator will need to activate the Brand center app in the Microsoft 365 admin center by following a set of steps, and once enabled, custom fonts can be used within SharePoint and Viva Connections. This new capability will be available through public preview starting in early April 2024, and general availability is expected by mid-October 2024.
