SharePoint: Manage your organization’s brand in the new brand center preview

The new SharePoint Brand Center is set to revolutionize the way global administrators manage brand assets across sites and pages. With rollout expected between mid-April and June 2024, central management of brand assets will be achievable in a single location. The Brand Center app will need to be activated in the Microsoft 365 admin center, and to enable it, Public CDN use will be necessary. Brand managers or designated users will be able to create and manage the brand assets required for customizing SharePoint and Viva Connections, providing a centralized resource for site owners.

The new branding and management capabilities offer consistency across sites and pages, improving the overall user experience. If the current tenant configuration doesn't utilize the SharePoint organization assets feature, a new site will be created to identify the brand center. Once enabled, the SharePoint brand center will also enable custom fonts feature utilization within SharePoint and Viva Connections, enhancing the user experience even further. The simple steps required to activate the Brand center app in the Microsoft 365 admin center vary dependent on your current tenant configuration.
