Microsoft Copilot Studio – Connect to external sources in agents through Single Sign-On
We are announcing the Connect to external sources in agents through Single Sign-On (SSO) feature for Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature allows users to build agents that connect to external sources without needing to manually authenticate each time to external sources. This feature will reach general availability on May 19. 2025. How does this affect me? When an end user initiates a connection to an agent utilizing external sources, all authentication and connection details will be handled automatically, using preconfigured data set by the maker during agent creation.
