Microsoft Teams Rooms: Refreshed Analytics

Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal will get a refreshed Analytics & Reports experience with updated design, simplified navigation, and new Room and Desk analytics sections. Rollout starts December 2026, completing by January 2027. No action or compliance concerns for admins. We are refreshing the Analytics & Reports experience in the Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal with an updated design and simplified navigation. New Room analytics and Desk analytics navigation options will make it easier for admins to access workplace data and insights to help optimize spaces, improve operations, and make informed decisions. Rollout schedule General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout will begin in early December 2026 and is expected to complete by late January 2027. New Room analytics and Desk analytics entry points will appear in the left navigation. Existing reports will move to their respective Room analytics or Desk analytics pages.
