We are announcing the ability to get integrated inbound and outbound calling with Sales Hub dialer in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on May 1, 2026. How does this affect me? This Sales Hub dialer allows users to place outbound calls, handle incoming calls, take notes, view customer history, and automatically capture conversation intelligence. This feature allow users to perform these actions without switching apps or losing context. Key capabilities of this feature include: Embedded dialer in Sales Hub: Use a native calling panel across Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Accounts to stay in the Sales Hub while handling calls. Click to call and manual dialing: Click any phone number to call instantly, search COLA entities, or manually dial using the built in keypad. Inbound call handling: Get clear, actionable notifications when calls come in, with customer match and context surfaced right away. Automatic call logging: All calls, both inbound and outbound, are saved automatically as phone call activities with duration, direction, and record association. Modern calling controls: Use familiar controls like mute, hold, resume, consult, and transfer on a single streamlined surface. AI powered conversation intelligence: Get real-time and post-call summaries, transcription, sentiment, action items, and key topics powered by the latest LLMs. Call recording and playback: Record calls and review them with speaker separation and jump to insight navigation.
