Outlook: Context IQ -inline search and insert
Outlook users can now enjoy an improved user experience with the new inline search and insert feature, Context IQ. Users can effortlessly search for and insert entities from across their Microsoft 365 account, such as people and files, while composing messages. When users type the "@" symbol, a menu will pop up showing the different available options. Thanks to proactive assistance, Outlook can also provide users with relevant content to insert based on the context of their current message.
