Microsoft Teams: Stream Custom Agent and Bot Responses
Microsoft Teams is set to launch a new feature that enhances user experience by allowing custom engine agents and Teams bots to stream responses in real-time. This feature will enable incremental delivery of replies, making interactions feel faster and more engaging for users. The update is set to roll out between mid-November to late-December 2024 and may require organizations to update their training and documentation as appropriate. With this new feature, users can stop generating responses if they feel the agent is headed down an ineffective path by clicking on the stop button underneath the response, and can then prompt the agent again. This new feature is a part of Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 422261.
