Microsoft Defender for Office 365: Copy simulation action in Attack simulation training

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 has introduced a new feature called a 'copy simulation action' in Attack simulation training, which allows administrators to duplicate existing simulations and make edits to introduce fresh and personalized simulation scenarios. The aim is to make the process of Attack simulation administration more efficient and reduce the potential for errors. This feature will be rolled out worldwide, including GCC, GCC High, and DoD, starting from early March 2024 until mid-March 2024. No action is required to prepare for this change.

Attack simulation training is an intelligent risk reduction tool in Microsoft Defender for Office 365 that enables users to run realistic phishing attack simulations, identify vulnerable users, and implement security awareness and training programs. With the 'copy simulation action' button, Attack simulation administrators will be able to effortlessly replicate existing simulations and make necessary modifications for improved results. Planning for the rollout of this feature falls under Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 381968. Organizations are advised to update relevant documentation and notify users about this change.

So, if you're looking to enhance your organization's security measures, stay tuned for this new feature introduced in Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
