Dynamics 365 Sales – Improve opportunity context with AI-based data enrichment
We are announcing the ability to improve the context for opportunities with AI-based data enrichment in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on April 17, 2026. How does this affect me? AI-powered data enrichment allows you to analyze your emails and highlight gaps in opportunity information and suggest updates. This feature helps you keep your opportunity data accurate and up to date, increases your confidence in pipeline data, and enables more effective deal reviews and forecasting. As an admin, you can: Specify the criteria for selecting opportunity records that should be enriched. Specify whether you want the records to be automatically updated or manually reviewed and approved. Review the suggested changes for your opportunity records. The suggestions are generated based on your recent email interactions with customers. Read the context behind each suggestion to understand why the update is recommended. Choose to accept or reject the suggested updates (for manual processes) or revert changes made by the agent (for automated processes). What action do I need to take?
