Admin Policy for Collaborative Annotations

In an effort to prioritize privacy and security, an admin policy has been implemented to control the use of Collaborative Annotations in the workplace. Through cmdlet Set-SPOTenant-IsWBFluidEnabled, which also affects Whiteboard, IT admins can choose to turn Annotations ON or OFF for some or all users within the company. The rollout for this feature is expected to begin in mid-June and conclude by the end of the month. These admin policies can be accessed through the Teams admin center under Meeting policies. Fortunately, there is no need to take any specific actions in preparation for this update.
To summarize, for businesses looking to maintain privacy and security standards, the Admin Policy for Collaborative Annotations is the way to go.
