Microsoft Viva Engage: Viva Engage question post update

Microsoft Viva Engage is introducing two updates to its posts. The first change involves updating question posts with two parts: a required field for the main question and an optional larger field for extra details. This will enable enhanced clarity and readability of the question title, while the larger field allows additional context and details for users. The second change is a new formatting capability, known as "code snippets". Users can add code snippets to their posts, discussions, replies, questions, polls, and praises on Viva Engage. Admins can convert question posts to discussion posts and vice versa, and thread starters changing their post from a discussion to a question must fill in the required question field. This update will be released in the standard release phase in early March 2024. To prepare, you may consider updating your training and documentation as appropriate.
