Grid view for Planner “Assigned to me” and plan drill-down views in Planner Web
The Planner Web feature is rolling out a new grid/list view option that will allow users to view their tasks in a more straightforward list format. This feature benefits users as they can view more data on their screen at once and quickly compare task metadata such as priority. The grid view will be accessible in Planner Web in the early September timeframe and will be available for both the “Assigned to me” and plan drill-down views.
As an organization, it is essential to update training and documentation as applicable to adapt to this feature. Organizations must also keep an eye on Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 98104 to stay current with future updates. With this new feature, organizations will be able to experience a comprehensive and straightforward view of their tasks and enhance productivity.
