Announcing General Availability for Microsoft Power Platform tenant isolation

Announcing General Availability for Microsoft Power Platform tenant isolation

Microsoft Power Platform now offers tenant isolation, which allows administrators to manage connectors securely within a tenant and reduces the risk of data exfiltration. This feature is generally available in all regions and clouds as of May 10, 2023. When using tenant isolation, administrators can restrict inbound and outbound access to AAD-based connections from other tenants via Power Platform applications and flows, thereby safeguarding cross-cloud scenarios. Exceptions can be made by providing a list of permitted tenants to administrators. Configuration of the tenant isolation controls is possible through the Power Platform admin center. Microsoft strongly recommends enabling tenant isolation as a best practice for all customers, which complements conditional access by restricting the connections' source and destination for end-users. For more information on tenant isolation and configuring policy and exception rules, review the tenant isolation documentation.
