Create interactive slides in PowerPoint with Copilot skill (Windows)

PowerPoint for Windows now includes a Copilot skill to create interactive, full-slide visuals for explaining complex concepts, timelines, comparisons, systems, and data. Available worldwide in the Frontier program, it requires no action before rollout but administrators should prepare support and training teams. What and why: We’re introducing Create interactive slides in PowerPoint for Windows. This capability helps users create interactive, full-slide visuals that explain complex concepts, timelines, comparisons, systems, and data. By making sophisticated visual communication easier to create directly in PowerPoint, this experience can help users communicate ideas more clearly and create engaging presentations with less manual effort. Rollout schedule: Frontier (Worldwide): Available now. Impact on your organization: Who is affected: PowerPoint for Windows users who have access to this capability. Platforms: PowerPoint for Windows. After the feature becomes available, eligible users will be able to use Create interactive slides to produce full-slide visual experiences for scenarios such as: Explaining complex concepts. Presenting timelines. Comparing options or information. Illustrating systems and relationships. Communicating data visually. Organizations participating in the Microsoft Copilot Frontier program can evaluate the preview experience before general availability. Frontier capabilities are pre-release experiences and may change before reaching general availability. Action required / recommendations: No action is required before rollout. We recommend that administrators: Review this information with presentation support, adoption, training, and help desk teams. Consider identifying Frontier participants who can evaluate the capability and provide feedback before general availability.
