SharePoint: Collaborate on SharePoint pages and news with co-authoring
SharePoint users can now collaborate on pages and news with co-authoring capabilities. This feature allows multiple users to work on a single page or news article simultaneously, streamlining the editing process and promoting more efficient collaboration. Along with this, SharePoint now offers design ideas that allow authors to customize the design of their pages on a section-by-section basis, presenting tailored design suggestions that enhance the look and feel of their content.
These updates are part of Microsoft's ongoing push to enhance the SharePoint user experience and make collaboration more intuitive and seamless. With these new features, users can expect an even greater level of flexibility and customization in their content creation process.
The general availability release date for these updates is scheduled for March 2024, as part of the Worldwide (Standard Multi-Tenant) cloud platform.
