Inside Azure for IT: Driving innovation across industries with Azure
The Inside Azure for IT YouTube series presents a new episode, wherein Erin Chapple, CVP, Azure Core Product and Design, converses with industry professionals in three distinct segments to demonstrate how best practices and Azure’s cutting-edge technologies combine to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation.
The first segment features Jellyfish Pictures’ Jeremy Smith and Karla Young, who explain how Azure’s high-performance computing facilitates image rendering, allowing artists more time to create visuals for animated films. The Azure Quantum team members, Anita Ramanan and Viktor Veis, also feature. In the second segment, they speak to Erin about their quantum-inspired approach to solving a challenging scheduling optimization problem for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, while Volocopter’s Alex Oelling discusses how cloud-based, smart city-compatible solutions are bringing urban air travel to life in the third segment.
