GradeSync for Teams Assignments retirement
Microsoft's Grade Sync feature for Teams Assignments will cease to be available for new customers from May 31, 2023. Existing customers can continue using it until June 30, 2023. However, after the latter date, Grade Sync will no longer sync assignments and grades from Teams Assignments to the student information system (SIS). This change means that teachers will have to manually input and update assignment grades from Teams Assignments into the SIS. For customers exploring alternatives, Microsoft offers Education APIs for Microsoft Graph that cover assignments and grades.
