Back in August 2008, I started this blog under the title of ‘Leon’s CRM Musings’. The aim was to show quirky things that could be done with Dynamics CRM without code. I enjoy writing blogs because, like training/teaching, it forces you to organise your thoughts and understanding so you can effectively communicate it to others.…
